Quality Technician Associate - Independence, KS - 1st Shift

JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for developing processes and changes that result in creating a quality conscious environment which shows a reduction of defects.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:I. Work from blue prints, interprets engineering requirements and Configuration verifications. II. Knowledgeable of specification, Quality procedures and F/T requirements appropriate to the area of assignment. III. Able to interpret and conform new model engineering change with feedback to Engineering. IV. Proficient in business applications as required for the area of work assigned. V. Communicate with the FAA or other external auditors and customers. VI. Possess certification/qualifications appropriate to assigned area. VII. Communicate effectively and works well with others.

VIII. Inspect parts and ensure acceptable appearance, function, tolerances, dimensions and specifications.

IX. Complete and maintain a variety of inspection paperwork.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Requires the use of drawings, specifications, basic math and technical knowledge.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 0 3 months relevant experience. Possesses a solid grasp of the technical skills necessary to perform the job and be willing to work in all areas of support

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
